Membership levels are self-selected based on your role in your institution. Institutional membership includes up to five individual members to receive services and benefits. All membership levels receive the same services & benefits which include:
- Connection to a network of Latinx professionals from the California Community College system
- Discounted registration for the Annual COLEGAS Conference (held in November).
- Access to members only portal and online community
- Opportunity to apply to the doctoral program at University of Maryland Global Campus and receive 25% off tuition if admitted.
- Online job board postings exclusively for members.
- Priority notification for COLEGAS events
- Access to COLEGAS webinar series recordings
- Affiliation with The Coalition, a unifying of A2MEND, APAHE & COLEGAS
- Affiliation with the National Community College Hispanic Council (NCCHC) an invitation to register for the annual NCCHC symposium (held in September) and an opportunity to apply for the fellowship program.
- Discounted COLEGAS Institute & Talleres for institutional memberships.*

Institutional Membership can be obtained by having DUAL membership with both National Community College Hispanic Council (NCCHC) as well COLEGAS. | Classified Professional | Classified Professional Members are professionals employed by college/university/school district systems. These professionals typically work with one school, college or university at the classified professional level and are able to join COLEGAS under an individual membership that supports one professional. ($50/member) |
| Faculty | Faculty Members are professionals employed by college/university/school district systems. These professionals typically work with one school, college or university at the faculty professional level and are able to join COLEGAS under an individual membership that supports one professional. ($75/member) |
| Administrator | Administrator Members are professionals employed by college/university/school district systems. These professionals typically work within one college and can also work with more than one school, college or university at the administrative level and are able to join COLEGAS under an individual membership that supports one professional.

| Trustee | Trustee Members are individuals that are sitting board members to college/university/school district boards of trustees. These individuals typically work with one college/university/school district and are able to join COLEGAS under an individual membership that supports one trustee.

| Community Member | Community Members are organizations and/or individuals that provide direct support to students and families and/or allies of California Community College professionals and students. Those who fall within this category are able to join COLEGAS through an individual membership.

2. Email connect@colegas.org information for the new member(s) with: their username, email, first and last name. Once payment is received, they will be added and emailed their login information.
